Job Title: Customer Care Associate (Non-Voice Process) Job Summary: We are hiring Customer Care Executives for an International BPO (Non-Voice Process) . The role involves assisting global customers through email, chat, and ticketing systems . Candidates should have excellent written communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries through email and live chat support no calling involved . Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues. Maintain customer records and track interactions in CRM tools. Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution. Follow company communication guidelines and quality standards . Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets . Ensure data confidentiality and process compliance at all times. Work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) for international support. Required Candidate Profile: Qualification: Undergraduate with 0-7 years of experience. (freshers welcome). Skills Required: Excellent written English and typing speed (3540 WPM minimum). Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office. Familiarity with CRM tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
