Role and Responsibilities ·       Maintain personal grooming standards for a professional appearance. ·       Display fresh stock according to the planogram. ·       Organize merchandise from trial rooms, cash points, and customer service areas. ·       Ensure all items have accurate price and security tags. ·       Maintain cleanliness and organization within the section. ·       Stay informed about daily sales targets and store achievements. ·       Promote in-store schemes, promotions, and events. ·       Collaborate with Unit VM Head on visual merchandising strategies. ·       Implement color blocking and size blocking techniques. ·       Manage ticketing, signage, and size stickering as directed. ·       Update focal points and displays regularly for customer engagement.
