Roles and Responsibilities

  • * Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or chat.
  • * Process customer requests for flight bookings, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy and efficiency.
  • * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of complex customer issues.
  • * Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer queries.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • * 0-4 years of experience in a similar role (customer service or BPO).
  • * Excellent communication skills in English (fluent) with the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • * Proficiency in handling international calls and blended processes (airline process).
  • * Ability to work rotational shifts including 24x7 operations.
