Role Overview

A reputed CBSE school in Chennai (India) seeks a creative and driven professional to join its Innovation Cell. The role involves leading digital transformation, advancing curriculum innovation, and promoting AI integration throughout the school, in accordance with CBSE standards. This 3-year contract position reports directly to the Head of the Innovation Cell.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Digital Transformation of Curriculum

• Design and implement digitisation strategies to enrich teaching and learning.
• Develop engaging digital learning modules for Grades V and above, focusing on project-based and case study methodologies while aligning content with CBSE requirements.
• Lead efforts to digitize and automate testing and assessment processes.

• Contribute to Digital & AI Integration

• Evaluate and integrate digital tools and platforms for curriculum delivery and school management.
• Plan and deliver training programs to enhance digital literacy and AI adoption among teachers and students.
• Stay updated on EdTech and AI trends; recommend relevant innovations for the school.

• Team Collaboration & Execution

• Collaborate with fellow Innovation Cell members to achieve mid- and long-term goals outlined in the 3-year strategy.
• Organize and conduct biannual progress reviews and feedback sessions with stakeholders.

• Stakeholder Engagement

• Engage teachers, students, and administrative staff to gather feedback and drive effective implementation of digital initiatives.
• Represent the Innovation Cell in internal meetings and foster a culture of innovation within the school.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in digital curriculum development, instructional design, or EdTech, preferably within CBSE or similar environments.
• Understanding of digital pedagogy, competency-based learning, and AI applications in K-12 education.
