Job Description

We are looking for a skilled E-learning Developer with 1 to 6 years of experience to join our team at Forward Eye Technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-learning development and a passion for creating engaging learning experiences.
Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and implement e-learning modules and courses.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality content.

Develop interactive simulations and assessments to enhance learner engagement.

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of e-learning materials.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in e-learning development.

Participate in project planning, execution, and evaluation.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of e-learning principles, instructional design models, and adult learning theories.

Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Lectora.

Proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
