Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Culinarian to join our team at Carlton, with 2-6 years of experience in the culinary industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other chefs to develop new menu ideas and recipes.
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
Ensure food is prepared and presented on time, meeting customer expectations.
Develop and implement effective cooking techniques to enhance flavors and textures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a chef or cook in a professional kitchen setting.
Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques, including sauces and seasonings.
Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, working effectively with colleagues.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including ovens and refrigerators.
Attention to detail, ensuring high-quality presentation and portioning.
