Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Area Manager at our Fulfillment Centre, contributing to the growth and success of Amazon's operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting and a proven track record of managing teams and driving business results.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily operations of the Fulfillment Centre to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.

Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence and meet performance targets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in IT Services & Consulting, preferably in a similar role.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the capacity to adapt to changing priorities.
