Assistant Vice President

Role & responsibilities

1. Hotel Operations Owned Hotels

• Oversee and support day-to-day operations across owned hotels to ensure consistent delivery of service excellence, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Review performance metrics (occupancy, ADR, GOP, guest satisfaction, etc.) and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with General Managers to drive operational standards, cost control, and revenue optimization.
• Conduct periodic property visits and operational audits to ensure brand and service compliance.

2. Assist with Owners Initiatives – Managed Hotels

• Collaborate with managed hotel operation leadership to support initiatives aimed at performance enhancement, renovation, or rebranding.
• Act as a liaison between ownership and the operator team to align strategies and objectives.

3. New Hotel Openings

• Lead and coordinate all pre-opening activities including project planning, training, and brand alignment.
• Ensure operational readiness for each new property in line with brand standards and company timelines.
• Partner with Development, HR, and Marketing teams to deliver seamless hotel openings.

4. Brand Champion / Custodian –Athiva

• Serve as the brand custodian for Athiva, ensuring consistent representation of brand values, guest experience, and visual identity across all properties.
• Develop and implement brand guidelines, training, and performance benchmarks.
• Work with Marketing and Operations teams to enhance brand positioning and guest engagement.
• Monitor guest feedback and reputation scores to strengthen brand equity.
