CSR Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven CSR Executive to support our organization’s social impact initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing CSR programs, coordinating with NGOs and internal stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with CSR policies and reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor CSR projects in alignment with company objectives and CSR policy.
• Collaborate with partner NGOs, government bodies, and internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Conduct field visits to assess project progress, impact, and compliance.
• Manage project documentation, budgets, and timely reporting as per statutory guidelines.
• Assist in preparing CSR reports for internal reviews, management, and annual CSR disclosures.
• Coordinate volunteer engagement programs and internal awareness campaigns.
• Support in due diligence, proposal evaluation, and impact assessment of CSR partners.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure social and environmental outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Management, Sustainability, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or development sector roles.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of CSR compliance as per the Companies Act, 2013.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and report writing.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working with NGOs, foundations, or CSR consulting firms.
• Knowledge of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) frameworks is an advantage.
• Passionate about community development and sustainability initiatives.

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience and industry standards.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
