CSR Executive

CSR Executive {male only} (prior fundraising experience from companies, Good Communication Skills, Ready to travel)

Key responsibilities

• Strategy and program development: Create and execute CSR strategies, policies, and programs that align with corporate goals and promote sustainability.
• Stakeholder engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, communities, NGOs, and government agencies.
• Monitoring and reporting: Track, measure, and report on the company's social and environmental impact and performance.
• Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations related to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with various departments to integrate CSR practices into business operations and company culture.
• Community outreach: Organize and support philanthropic efforts, volunteer activities, and partnerships to benefit the community.
• Communication: Promote CSR initiatives through marketing, public relations, and internal communications.
