                              *Domestic voice  (Candidates can be considered for either or both, based on skills and requirement)

*Salary Details:*

What You Bring to the Role

  • With 6 months or more customer service experience is preferred but Freshers are also welcome to apply
  • Graduate Any Stream
  • Experience in the Travel and Hospitality sector is a plus
  • Great written communication skills including grammar and spelling
  • Computer savvy
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information on products/services to customers through effective communication skills.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in BPO industry with expertise in CSR (Customer Service), Customer Care, Customer Handling, Customer Relationship management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization
  • Strong knowledge of Voice Process, Solving Queries, Customer Management, Complaint Handling, Customer Complaints, Customer Service Management, Customer Satisfaction Index.
