Customer Engagement Executive

Be the voice of Motozite

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat & social media

✔ Provide details on vehicles, pricing & financing options

✔ Support customers through the buying/selling process

✔ Maintain CRM records & follow up on leads

✔ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 1–2 years in customer service/sales (automotive preferred)

✅ Excellent communication

✅ Strong problem-solving & customer-first mindset

✅ Familiarity with CRM tools & MS Office

Nice to Have:

• Automotive/e-commerce experience

• Multilingual skills

• Sales conversion experience
