Job Description

As a Customer Order Processing Representative at Yokogawa, your role will involve recording and processing customer orders according to predefined protocols. This includes handling orders received through various channels such as email, telephone, or personal contact. You will be responsible for building rapport with potential customers through calls or in-person interactions to develop strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Record and process customer orders following predefined protocols. - Make calls to potential customers to establish contact and build rapport. - Maintain accurate customer details in the CRM system and document follow-up actions. - Provide basic product/service information and address customer inquiries. - Respond to basic customer issues such as returns and escalate issues as needed. - Interview customers using a standard sales script to clarify their requirements. - Ensure operational compliance by following mandatory procedures and quality standards. - Continuously develop and maintain excellent procedural or technical skills through training and coaching. - Support in providing service to customers to encourage continued use of the organization's products/services.
