Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Yokogawa, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include: - **Customer Order Processing:** - Record and process customer orders following predefined protocols based on the method of order placement. - **Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting:** - Establish contact and build rapport with potential customers through calls or in-person interactions. - **Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data:** - Maintain accurate customer details in the system and document follow-up actions and sales call notes. - **Product/Service Information:** - Provide basic information about products/services and address customer queries. - **Resolving Customer Issues:** - Address basic customer issues such as returns and escalate complex problems accordingly. - **Customer Needs Clarification:** - Conduct customer interviews using a standard sales script to understand their requirements. - **Operational Compliance:** - Adhere to mandatory procedures to ensure work quality and compliance with regulatory codes. - **Personal Capability Building:** - Enhance procedural and technical skills through training and coaching activities. - **Renewals:** - Support customers in renewing services to encourage continued use of the organization's products/services.
