Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Sales Support Executive to assist our sales team in managing customer relationships, maintaining CRM data integrity, and supporting sales operations. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process and exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update customer records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Track leads, opportunities, and sales performance using CRM reports and dashboards. Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on leads and ensure timely responses to client inquiries. Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, quotes, and contracts. Generate weekly and monthly sales reports and dashboards for the management team. Provide administrative support to the sales team (calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, follow-ups). Monitor customer engagement and support retention efforts using CRM tools. Assist in executing CRM campaigns and tracking their effectiveness. Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to support sales activities. Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to the CRM system and escalate complex problems to the CRM administrator or IT team. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a B2B or B2C sales environment. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data management tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Preferred Skills: Experience working closely with marketing teams and understanding of sales funnels. Familiarity with email campaign tools and CRM automation features. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
