📢 We’re Hiring! CRM (Client Relationship Manager) cum Sales Coordinator 📍 Location: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow 🏢 Company: East State Group 🗂️ Department: Sales. Reporting To: Sales Manager About the Role: East State Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM cum Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations. This role is critical to keeping our sales process efficient—from managing leads in the CRM to coordinating client site visits and supporting deal closures. You’ll act as the backbone of our sales team, ensuring smooth coordination, reporting, and communication across departments. Key Responsibilities: 📊 Sales Operations & CRM Management Sales training experience will be given priority and basic sales knowledge must be required. Update and manage the CRM system (lead assignments, follow-ups, history). Log inquiries, visits, and activities accurately and on time. Work with marketing to distribute and track leads. Ensure smooth lead transition from marketing to sales. 🧑‍💼 Communication & Supervision Act as a central link between sales, marketing, HR, and leadership. Monitor and support the daily activities of the sales team. Identify and flag sales process issues or bottlenecks. 📈 Reporting & Analysis Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports. Monitor inventory, bookings, targets, and cancellations. Submit data-backed insights and improvement suggestions to leadership. 🗂️ Administrative Support Maintain records of client interactions, bookings, and documents. Coordinate with legal and finance teams on documentation and payments. Support the team in solving routine operational or communication challenges. What We’re Looking For: ✅ 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination. ✅ Strong CRM skills. ✅ Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities. ✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). ✅ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
