Job Title: CRM / Immigration Consultant

Location: Janakpuri West, District Centre

Experience: 06 Month – 1 Year (preferably in Immigration or related fields)

Salary: 13k - 22k (plus incentives)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Immigration Consultant / Client Relationship Manager – Immigration Services to join our growing immigration consultancy. The CRM will be responsible for managing client relationships, improving customer experience, and ensuring smooth processing of immigration applications. This role involves coordination between sales, documentation, legal teams, and external agencies to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete knowledge for Canada & Australia PR Visa Process, Work Permit Visa Process, Tourist Visa Process & Student Visa Process.

Assist in client onboarding, background verification, and documentation collection.

Keep up to date with immigration rules and regulations across various countries (e.g., Canada, Australia, UK, Germany etc.).

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service or relationship management; experience in immigration or visa consulting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Depth knowledge of immigration laws, visa processes, and international opportunities.

Knowledge of international immigration procedures (study, PR, work visas & tourist).
