Job Title: Team Leader – Immigration & Visa Services Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Industry: Immigration & Visa Industry only Location: Janakpuri West, District Centre Salary: 20k – 30k (Excellent Incentives) We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader from the immigration and visa industry to manage and lead our visa consulting team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Permanent Residency (PR), Tourist Visa, and Study Visa processes for countries such as Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, and Europe. This role demands leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and an ability to drive team performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and Manage a team of visa consultants and case managers to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Guide clients through the complete process of PR, Tourist, and Study visa applications – from eligibility assessment to final submission. Conduct regular training sessions for team members on visa policies, documentation standards, and country-specific immigration laws. Evaluate and assign cases based on team members' capabilities and workload. Handle escalations and ensure the highest standards of client service and satisfaction. Maintain updated knowledge of immigration laws, embassy updates, and visa regulations for various countries. Monitor team KPIs and ensure timely closure of applications. Build strong client relationships and ensure a seamless visa filing process. Collaborate with the documentation and operations teams for file accuracy and process efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in the immigration and visa industry with a focus on PR, Tourist & Study Visas . Proven track record in visa counselling, process handling, and client servicing. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi. In-depth knowledge of country-specific visa procedures (Canada Express Entry, Australia Subclass, UK Skilled Worker, Study etc.). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Preferred Candidates: Experience in managing teams within immigration consultancies. Certifications in immigration law or consultancy (optional but preferred).
