Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships throughout the sales life cycle, ensuring high customer satisfaction, timely communication, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination between customers, sales teams, finance, and post-sales departments.

Customer Communication & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-booking.
  • Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and escalations promptly.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain long-term relations.

Booking & Documentation

  • Manage end-to-end booking formalities and documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain customer agreements, demand letters, receipts, and welcome kits.
  • Coordinate with legal teams for agreement drafting & registration (if applicable).

Payment & Collection Management

  • Generate and track demand letters as per construction progress.
  • Follow up with customers/banks for timely payments
  • Coordinate with banks for loan processing, disbursements, and documentation.
