Job Description

Job Title: CRM Manager (LeadSquared)

About the Role

CRM Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and optimize

    LeadSquared CRM

    including workflows, automation rules, lead scoring, user roles, and lead routing logic.
  • Build and maintain

    dashboards and analytical reports

    to track lead funnel performance, pipeline stages, sales productivity, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Use

    Advanced Excel / Google Sheets

    for data cleaning, pivot reporting, segmentation, forecasting, and performance insights.
  • Create visual dashboards using

    Looker Studio / Data Studio / Power BI

    (or similar visualization tools).
  • Conduct

    weekly SalesMarketing review meetings

    to align on lead handling, follow-ups, outcomes, and next steps.
  • Act as the

    primary stakeholder

    for CRM changes, enhancements, integrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure

    data hygiene and governance

    , including duplicate management, taxonomy adherence, and process discipline.
  • Document CRM workflows and

    train internal users

    to follow established processes effectively.
  • Collaborate with LeadSquared support and internal tech/design teams to implement new features and automation improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience

    in CRM Management, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles.
  • Strong technical experience working with

    LeadSquared CRM

    .
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets

    (pivot tables, lookup functions, text and logical formulas, data cleaning).
  • Strong experience in

    visual reporting / dashboarding

    (Looker Studio / Data Studio / Power BI).
  • Ability to interpret data and provide

    clear recommendations

    to Sales and Marketing leadership.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of

    lead lifecycle management, funnel metrics, segmentation, and automation logic

    .
  • Experience in

    EdTech / Training / B2C service environments

    (preferred).
  • Familiarity with API/webhooks for CRM integrations (good to have).
