CRM & Lead Operations Manager

Job Title- Lead Manager About the Role: We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Lead Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and converting high-value leads for all our showrooms. You will be at the forefront of our sales process, ensuring timely follow-up, personalized service, and a seamless journey for our premium clients. The ideal candidate thrives on achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:  Lead Management: Proactively manage and monitor all leads generated from various sources, including Meta, Salesforce, and other key channels. High-Value Conversion: Focus on converting high-value leads of ₹5 lakh and above, providing a personalized sales experience that caters to high-net-worth clients. Process Optimization: Ensure timely follow-up, accurate tracking, and detailed reporting to maximize lead conversion rates and streamline the sales funnel. Team Coordination: Collaborate with the sales teams across all showrooms to ensure a smooth and efficient lead management process. Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records and prepare regular performance reports for management, providing insights and identifying opportunities for improvement. Strategy Enhancement: Continuously identify and implement new strategies to improve lead conversion and overall sales performance. Required Skills & Qualifications :      Proven experience in lead management, sales, or CRM handling, preferably in a high-value sales environment Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for engaging premium customers. Strong organizational and analytical abilities. A customer-centric approach with a deep understanding of premium client servicing.   Preferred Qualifications:       Prior experience in the luxury, jewellery, or high-value retail sector. A solid understanding of CRM reporting and analytics. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
