About The Role:
Campaign Management & Execution
- Plan, schedule, and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns using platforms like CleverTap, MoEngage, and other marketing automation tools
- Create and manage campaign workflows, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives
Performance Tracking & Analytics
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI
Experience
Qualifications
- min 1 year of experience in CRM marketing, digital marketing, or marketing automation
- Experience with CRM platforms such as CleverTap, MoEngage, Salesforce, or similar tools
