Job Role: CRM Intern


Your mission?

To convert one-time buyers into lifelong fans.

You will do this by creating & managing engaging email/WhatsApp flows and campaigns that tell our story. If you have a way with words, an eye for data, and experience with marketing automation tools (MoEngage/Clevertap/Webengage), we want you on our Team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Executing remarketing campaigns via emails & WhatsApp that improve customer retention, reactivate churned customers and improve customer lifetime value.
  • Executing on-site experiments and campaigns to boost conversion rates and reduce abandonment across the purchasing funnel.
  • Drive growth & engagement through conceptualising great design and copy across email and WhatsApp campaigns/journeys.
  • Cohort analysis and reporting on campaign KPIs.



Skills and Competencies

  • Prior experience of working on Excel & Google Sheets.
  • 0- 1+ years of using any CRM/marketing automation tool (MoEngage, Clevertap, Webengage)
  • Ability to craft own creatives and copy (especially short form copy).
  • An experimental mindset, know the ABCs of AB testing.
  • Experience in working with a fast-growing D2C/e-commerce firm.
