CRM Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and driven CRM / Executive Assistant to CEO who will act as the key executor for all strategic follow-ups, inter-department coordination, and compliance monitoring across multiple brand outlets. The candidate must operate with precision and keep every store aligned with the CEO’s vision, brand policies, and operational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Act as a direct extension of the CEO—manage daily tasks, reminders, and execution tracking
- Follow up regularly with store teams, department heads, and external vendors on assigned tasks- Ensure all stores strictly follow brand SOPs, grooming, uniform, hygiene, service, and policy standards- Collect daily/weekly reports from stores and highlight concerns or delays immediately- Coordinate between departments (HR, Marketing, Accounts, Training, Operations) for smooth workflow- Manage confidential information and ensure timely communication of internal updates- Draft emails, circulate notices, maintain checklists, and follow structured reporting formats

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 2–3 years of experience in CRM, Admin Support, Executive Assistant, or Franchise Coordination roles
- Strong follow-up and time management skills—must be persistent and professional- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus)- Good knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp business coordination, Excel, Google Sheets- Organized and deadline-oriented with strong attention to detail- Should be able to handle pressure and multitask effectively
