Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete post-sales customer lifecycle from booking to handover.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.
Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Finance, and Legal teams for smooth documentation and progress updates.
Conduct frequent
site visits
to monitor progress, manage customer queries, and ensure transparency.
Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure closure within defined timelines.
Maintain updated records of customer communication, documents, payments, and status reports.
Support collection follow-ups and ensure adherence to payment schedules.
Assist in planning and executing customer meets, walkthroughs, and handover events.
Ensure compliance with Casagrand standards and deliver a superior service experience.

Requirements

Graduate with 38 years of experience in CRM, Customer Service, Real Estate, or related domains.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customers professionally and manage pressure situations.
Male candidate required
due to extensive travel and field responsibilities.
Willingness to travel regularly to construction sites and project locations.
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM software knowledge is an added advantage.
