Job Description

Develop and execute CRM strategies to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Manage the CRM system. Analyze customer data and behavior to segment audiences and create personalized marketing campaigns. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align CRM strategies with business goals. Design and run email marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and customer journeys. Track campaign performance and generate reports to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Maintain accurate customer records and work on database hygiene. Provide training and support to internal teams on CRM tools and best practices. Recommend CRM system enhancements based on business needs and user feedback.
