CRM Executive

As CRM Specialist, you will be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships and boosting sales performance. You will play a key role in managing B2B/B2C sales funnels, onboarding new clients, maintaining key customer accounts, and optimizing CRM workflows to drive revenue and customer loyalty across our brands - Epitight, Cozitis, and Niconi.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Execution & Channel Development

• Manage and grow retail, salon, and e-commerce partner relationships.
• Drive monthly/quarterly sales targets across regions and product lines.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign alignment and lead conversion.
• Support new product launches with tailored sales strategies.

CRM & Customer Experience

• Develop automated workflows and personalized communication journeys.
• Monitor customer lifecycle and design win-back/retention campaigns.
• Analyze data to identify gaps in customer engagement or sales opportunities.

Client Engagement & Support

• Act as the first point of contact for key clients or distributors.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Conduct periodic follow-ups, review meetings, and satisfaction surveys.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
