As a Sales & CRM Specialist, you will be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships and boosting sales performance. You will play a key role in managing B2B/B2C sales funnels, onboarding new clients, maintaining key customer accounts, and optimizing CRM workflows to drive revenue and customer loyalty across our brands - Epitight, Cozitis, and Niconi. Key Responsibilities: Sales Execution & Channel Development Manage and grow retail, salon, and e-commerce partner relationships. Drive monthly/quarterly sales targets across regions and product lines. Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign alignment and lead conversion. Support new product launches with tailored sales strategies. CRM & Customer Experience Develop automated workflows and personalized communication journeys. Monitor customer lifecycle and design win-back/retention campaigns. Analyze data to identify gaps in customer engagement or sales opportunities. Client Engagement & Support Act as the first point of contact for key clients or distributors. Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. Conduct periodic follow-ups, review meetings, and satisfaction surveys. Key Requirements: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
