URGENT HIRING: CRM Executive – Real Estate | Greater Noida Location: Greater Noida Industry: Real Estate / Property Development Experience: Minimum 3 years (Real Estate Experience is Mandatory) Employment Type: Full-Time We are urgently hiring an experienced CRM Executive with a strong background in the real estate industry . If you do not have prior experience in real estate or property development, please do not apply. This role requires someone who can manage customer relationships effectively, ensure a smooth post-sales experience, and coordinate across departments to deliver timely service. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update the CRM system with all client interactions and documentation. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-booking. Ensure smooth and timely handling of documentation, payments, and property handover. Liaise with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams for seamless customer service. Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, and issues promptly. Follow up on pending documents, payments, and client communications. Support the client onboarding process and post-sales transition. Generate regular reports and dashboards related to client interactions and service performance. Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through proactive engagement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a CRM or client servicing role, specifically within the real estate sector . Strong knowledge of real estate processes including documentation, payment cycles, and handover procedures. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar.
