Job Title: CRM Executive

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive based in Kolkata to manage client interactions, maintain customer data, and ensure a high level of satisfaction and engagement. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the company’s CRM database accurately and regularly.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention.
• Assist in creating and executing customer engagement campaigns.
• Track customer interactions and prepare periodic reports for management.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experience.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products/services.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in CRM, customer support, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude with a strong customer service orientation.
