Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize CRM systems, ensuring effective customer segmentation and communications.
Testing of the delivered CRM functionalities from business perspective
Collating all reported issues from the business side & prioritising them accordingly with the tech team.
Setup of New CRM instance for every new onboarding keeping business requirements of the client in view
Develop and execute lead nurturing campaigns using email, WhatsApp, and push notifications.
Activate, track, and follow leads through the sales funnel.
Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns.
Design and implement push notification strategies to drive customer engagement.
Oversee WhatsApp marketing initiatives and automated workflows.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and customer engagement.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for cohesive campaigns.
Maintain CRM data accuracy and perform regular audits.
Stay updated on the latest CRM and marketing trends.
Troubleshoot and support CRM tech issues internally.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
1–2 years’ experience in CRM management and digital marketing.
Familiarity with major CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
Proven ability in email, WhatsApp, and push notification marketing.
Analytical skills for campaign reporting.
Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Basic knowledge of HTML and integration tools is a plus.
Eager to learn and adapt to CRM technology and marketing trends.
