We are a creative and fast-growing clothing design firm, dedicated to delivering high-quality, trend-forward apparel and providing exceptional customer experiences. To strengthen our customer relationship team, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated CRM professional.

Role Overview

The CRM will play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, handling customer queries, ensuring timely communication, and supporting the sales and design teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client databases using CRM systems.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions professionally.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to increase loyalty and satisfaction.
• Coordinate between design, production, and sales teams to ensure timely order processing.
• Monitor client feedback, identify issues, and propose improvements.
• Track order follow-ups, delivery timelines, and payment status.
• Generate reports on customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Support marketing efforts by tracking and analyzing customer interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or client servicing (experience in the fashion/apparel industry is preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software/tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work collaboratively across teams.
