The role involves managing customer relationships, supporting sales efforts, and utilizing analytical skills to improve customer engagement. You will also be responsible for project management tasks to ensure the successful implementation of CRM strategies, maintaining clear communication between the team and clients.

Qualifications

0 to 1 year Proficiency in Backend Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales

Strong Analytical Skills and Project Management experience
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to work on-site in Chennai
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
