As a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete CRM process to ensure seamless and timely communication with customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling all customer queries, feedback, and complaints efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. - Implementing CRM strategies to improve customer experience and loyalty. - Maintaining accurate and updated customer records, as well as follow-up schedules. - Coordinating with sales, service, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth customer journey. - Analyzing CRM data and preparing performance reports for management. To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Proven experience in CRM, preferably in the automobile industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM software/tools and MS Office. - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to handle customer escalations with professionalism and empathy. The minimum qualification required for this position is Graduation, with an MBA being preferred. Candidates located in Khargone or willing to relocate will be given preference.,
