Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM professional based in Jaipur. The CRM professional will be responsible for managing and optimizing customer relationships by utilizing CRM software, analyzing customer data, and developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Daily tasks will include overseeing customer interactions, sales activities, and projects related to CRM initiatives, while ensuring efficient communication and collaboration within the team.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales
• Strong Analytical Skills and Communication skills
• Experienced in Project Management and coordination
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Jaipur
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the transportation or renewable energy industry is a plus
