Job Description

We are looking for a skilled CRM / Donor Database Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing donor databases and implementing CRM systems.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain accurate records of donors, donations, and other relevant data.

Implement and manage CRM systems to track interactions with donors and stakeholders.

Develop and execute strategies to increase engagement and retention of existing donors.

Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow the donor base.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in donor relations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing donor databases and implementing CRM systems.
