Job Title: CRM & Digital Marketing Executive Location: Rajkot, Gujarat Job Type: Full-time/Part Time (Hybrid) Experience: 1-2 years (Freshers with relevant training can also apply) About role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CRM & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. You will play a vital role in nurturing customer relationships and executing digital marketing campaigns targeting clients in global market for both digital and physical products. Key Responsibilities: Execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects. Identify and research potential customers through various online platforms including LinkedIn, industry directories, and social media. Maintain and organize customer databases and lead pipelines effectively using CRM tools. Engage with existing customers via email, chat, or phone for feedback, upselling, and retention. Promote our digital and physical products on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Prepare basic marketing creatives/content in coordination with the design team or use tools like Canva. Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports. Collect and analyze customer feedback for continuous product/service improvement. Support the sales and marketing team with day-to-day operations. Skills Required: Strong command over written and verbal English . Knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho, HubSpot). Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.). Basic understanding of social media marketing and analytics. Ability to organize and manage data efficiently. Strong attention to detail and customer-first mindset . Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Nice to Have: Experience working with international clients (especially UK or USA). Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) Hands-on experience with tools like Canva , Google Sheets , Notion , or Trello .
