Location: Chandigarh (across our 6 electronics store locations)


Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 1–3 years in CRM data analysis or retail analytics Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience)

We are a growing chain of 6 electronics retail stores in the Chandigarh region, committed to delivering exceptional customer experience through quality products, modern technology, and excellent service. We use a CRM system to manage leads, customers, and sales performance—and are now looking for a data-driven professional to turn that information into actionable growth strategies.


Job Summary:

We’re seeking a skilled and analytical CRM Data Analyst who can effectively manage, interpret, and optimise CRM data to enhance sales performance, customer retention, and marketing efficiency across all stores. This person will play a key role in making our CRM a strategic tool, not just a data storage system.


Key Responsibilities:


● Analyze customer, lead, and sales data from the CRM system to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

● Generate regular reports and dashboards (daily/weekly/monthly) on store performance, customer behavior, campaign results, etc.

● Segment customers based on buying behavior, geography, and product preference.

● Suggest and help implement targeted campaigns (SMS, WhatsApp, email) based on CRM insights.

● Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to ensure CRM insights are acted upon.

● Monitor and report on lead conversion rates, customer follow-ups, and staff activity inside the CRM.

● Identify gaps in CRM usage and recommend process improvements or automation.

● Train or guide internal staff on CRM features and best practices (if needed).



Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or Data Analytics.

● 1–3 years of experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

● Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, filters, formulas).

● Experience with dashboards or data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

● Strong analytical thinking and business understanding.

● Ability to turn data into clear, practical recommendations.

● Good communication and coordination skills.



Bonus Points For:

● Experience in retail or electronics industry.

● Knowledge of lead funnels, loyalty programs, and customer lifecycle strategies.

● Exposure to marketing automation tools or CRM workflow building.
