Roles & Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key personnel.
Connect with clients through calls, emails, or meetings to ensure satisfaction with products/services.
Escalate and resolve client concerns effectively.
Conduct periodic business reviews to ensure client satisfaction.
Identify and alert the sales team about opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client requirements.
Understand individual client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Follow up with clients for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
Ensure timely payment collections as per schedule.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly/quarterly reports based on KPIs.

Requirements

Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in Client Relationship Management or related roles.
Excellent communication skills in English (international accent preferred).
Internship or prior experience in CRM will be an added advantage.
Strong relationship management and networking skills.
Pleasing personality with the ability to understand and execute client needs.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A collaborative team player with leadership qualities.
Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
