Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Crew – Training Executive with strong expertise in crew training coordination and navigation department support in Ship Ownership or Ship Management company. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple training and audit-related tasks, and a commitment to ensuring operational efficiency.

Position: Crew Training / Cadet Training

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities

Coordinate and track completion of Master Navigation Audits for assigned fleets within stipulated timelines, maintaining updated records in Excel and EPS systems.
Prepare and organize all progress reports in advance of MR, TMSA, and BP audits.
Monitor and follow up on vessel crew training progress in line with the EPS Matrix, maintaining the Videotel database and issuing monthly analysis reports.
Manage ship staff certification records, including archiving, updating profiles, and collecting post-training feedback forms.
Oversee vessel-specific ECDIS TST assignments, maintain inventory records, and liaise with training providers for technical support when required.

Qualifications

Candidate holding at least a graduate-level qualification.
Minimum 2 years in Fleet / Crew / Cadet Training from a Ship Management or Ownership company.
