Crew Training

You will be working as a Crew Training Executive in a Ship Ownership or Ship Management company based in Mumbai. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and track completion of Master Navigation Audits for assigned fleets within specified timelines. You will maintain updated records in Excel and EPS systems and prepare progress reports for MR, TMSA, and BP audits. Monitoring vessel crew training progress, maintaining the Videotel database, and issuing monthly analysis reports will also be part of your duties. Managing ship staff certification records, updating profiles, collecting post-training feedback forms, and overseeing vessel-specific ECDIS TST assignments are crucial aspects of your role. You will need to maintain inventory records and collaborate with training providers for technical support when necessary. To qualify for this position, you should hold at least a graduate-level qualification and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Fleet, Crew, or Cadet Training in a Ship Management or Ownership company.
