Job Description: You will be part of Mihuru's team at the Corporate Office located at 5th Floor, Amit Industrial Estate, Dr. SS Rao Marg, Best Colony, Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400012. Your work type will be from the office, Monday to Saturday. Role Overview: As a credit underwriter at Mihuru, your main responsibility is to ensure strict adherence to internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines throughout the underwriting process. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and organized documentation of all application assessments, decisions, and communication. It is crucial for you to identify and escalate any risks, irregularities, or red flags promptly to senior credit underwriters or management. Additionally, you will work closely with the sales, operations, and verification teams to clarify application details, expedite processing, and facilitate timely credit decisions, contributing to a balanced and high-quality loan portfolio. Qualifications/ Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, or related field. - 2 years of experience in underwriting, credit analysis, or financial evaluation preferred. - Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable working with financial data. - Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills. - Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.,
