Manage credit risk projects ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Validate credit policies and models for accuracy and regulatory compliance. Develop and enhance statistical models for ECL, PD, LGD, and EAD. Create and circulate SOPs to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Mentor junior team members and support their development. Communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders regarding risk strategies and findings. 📋 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 & 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬 Expertise in IFRS 9 implementation and RBI regulations. Strong skills in credit risk modeling and ECL computations using SAS, R, or Python. Experience in financial modeling and forecasting. Proficiency in data extraction, analysis, and management. Solid understanding of credit risk regulations and compliance frameworks.
