Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Officer to join our team in Rajkot. The selected candidate will be responsible for assessing loan applications, verifying customer details, evaluating creditworthiness, and ensuring adherence to company credit policies.
This role is open to MBA freshers who are eager to start their career in credit, finance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate loan applications and supporting documents to determine applicant eligibility.
• Conduct field verification and customer profiling as per company policies.
• Analyze income proofs, financial statements, and repayment capacity.
• Prepare credit appraisal reports and submit recommendations for approval.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and collection teams for smooth loan processing.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit and risk policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and loan proposal records.
• Contribute to improving credit evaluation and risk control processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: MBA (Finance/Marketing), BBA, B.Com, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in finance, banking, or NBFCs are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial analysis.
• Attention to detail and customer-oriented approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
