Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate creditworthiness of applicants for Secured Business Loans (Micro LAP).
Analyze financial statements, bank statements, income proofs, and collateral documents.
Conduct personal discussions (PD) with applicants and visit collateral properties, if required.
Ensure adherence to internal credit policies, risk guidelines, and regulatory norms.
Coordinate with sales, legal, technical, and operations teams for loan processing.
Approve or recommend loan applications based on risk assessment and policy parameters.
Monitor portfolio performance and take corrective action for high-risk cases.
Contribute to policy and process improvements for better credit decisioning.
Prepare and present periodic MIS and credit analysis reports to management.
