Credit Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate Prime LAP loan applications by analyzing financial statements, income documents, property details, and credit bureau reports.
• Conduct credit appraisal within defined turnaround times and recommend sanction or rejection as per credit policy.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal credit policies, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
• Maintain portfolio quality by monitoring early delinquencies, underwriting trends, and market risks.
• Conduct periodic property verification, valuation checks, and legal document reviews.
• Provide guidance to sales teams on policy norms and acceptable risk parameters.
• Ensure timely reporting and MIS on approvals, rejections, and portfolio performance.
• Contribute to policy formulation and continuous improvement of the credit process.

Pay: ₹287,190.96 - ₹1,154,961.95 per year
