Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Process DOVR files and move them to

    ITPD/ITSC within 4 hours

    .
  2. Complete all loan files and move them to

    RHDFC stage within 3 working days

    .
  3. Review loan application forms for completeness and accuracy.
  4. Cross-check application details with supporting documents (KYC, income, property, bank statements).
  5. Calculate eligibility parameters (

    IIR, FOIR, LCR

    ) and record observations.
  6. Verify

    proof of own contribution

    and prepare a customer profile note.
  7. Call all customers to:
    • Acknowledge receipt of application.
    • Confirm pending documents & set timelines.
    • Validate BSA code (if mentioned).
    • Confirm processing fee paid by cheque only.
  8. Use prescribed scripts for calls and handle objections professionally.
  9. Maintain and update

    interview sheets

    with queries, pendencies, timelines, and next actions.
  10. Ensure

    80% of RHDFC submissions are FR-free

    , balance 20% to be resolved within

    2 working days

    .
  11. Revert to HDFC immediately for any

    invalid queries

    raised.
  12. Coordinate with customers / SOs for document collection (preferably via email).
  13. Escalate delayed or non-completed actions to the reporting manager.
  14. Adhere strictly to compliance norms and detect potential frauds or discrepancies.

Skills & Competencies Required

  1. Communication Skills

    Fluent in English & local language, neutral tone, strong customer handling.
  2. Analytical Ability

    Ability to assess repayment capacity, interpret CIBIL reports, and analyze bank statements.
  3. Convincing Skills

    Strong probing, ability to negotiate, convince, and justify case details.
  4. Attention to Detail

    – Accuracy in checking documents and updating records.
  5. Time Management

    – Ability to manage multiple files and meet strict deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0.6–5 years of experience in

    credit appraisal / loan processing / banking or NBFC sector

    .
  • Knowledge of financial ratios, lending policies, and KYC norms.
  • Experience with HDFC credit processing systems is an added advantage.

    submissions.
  3. 100% customer acknowledgment calls
