Job Purpose

Credit Controller

Credit Controller Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure the Credit Control team is aligned with overall Finance goals.
• Manage the

  complete credit control cycle

  , including:
• Capturing sales orders and invoices in

  Zoho

• Processing, cash application, and debt collection
• Customer reconciliation, credit note issuance, and payment negotiations
• Streamline

  timely invoicing, payment collection, and account reconciliation

  .
• Monitor invoice processing to ensure

  no revenue leakage

  .
• Personally visit customers when required to negotiate payment terms on due or agreed dates.
• Handle negotiations with clients in

  non-payment cases

  .
• Conduct

  periodic credit checks

  on new and potential clients.
• Assign

  credit ratings

  to customer accounts based on payment history.
• Prepare

  monthly, quarterly, and annual reports

  .

Education and Experience

• Team-handling experience is mandatory.

• Excellent teamwork, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in

  Accounting, Finance, Business, Mathematics

  , or related field.
• Familiarity with

  data entry and financial analysis tools
