Credit Control Manager

As a Credit Control Manager at our company, your role will involve physical visits to customers and maintaining a track record of these visits. You will be responsible for monitoring and reconciling receivables accounts on a monthly basis. Additionally, you will update the follow-up tracker daily/monthly to ensure timely collection of cheques from customers. Your excellent team management skills will be crucial as you oversee a team of 20-25 individuals. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct physical visits to customers and maintain a record of the same - Monitor and reconcile receivables accounts on a monthly basis - Update the follow-up tracker daily/monthly to ensure timely collection of cheques - Manage a team of 20-25 people - Handle a client base of more than 2000 - Familiarity with data entry and analysis - Ability to listen to customers and negotiate winning solutions - Experience in automation processes Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business - Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Credit Control Manager - Experience in managing a client base of more than 2000 - Experience in team management - Familiarity with data entry and analysis In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, you will be required to work full-time on a permanent basis. The work location is in Malad, with working days from Monday to Saturday. The salary range for this position is between 8 to 10 lpa.
