Credit Control Manager

Key Responsibilities

Credit & Risk Management

• Develop and implement credit control policies and procedures.
  
• Assess client creditworthiness and recommend credit limits.
  
• Reduce credit risk by monitoring client payment behavior.
  

Collections & Follow-Ups

• Follow up with clients for overdue and pending payments.
  
• Resolve billing/payment disputes professionally.
  
• Work closely with the sales team to track client commitments.
  

Accounts Receivable Management

• Manage full AR cycle including invoicing accuracy and payment updates.
  
• Prepare ageing analysis, outstanding reports, and cash collection reports.
  
• Maintain updated records of all receivables and client communication.
  

Cash Flow Management

• Ensure timely collections to support company cash flow.
  
• Forecast collection timelines and highlight risks to management.
  

MIS & Reporting

• Generate weekly/monthly MIS on outstanding amounts, ageing, and recovery status.
  
• Report critical overdue cases to management with action plans.
  

Client Coordination & Relationship Management

• Communicate with clients professionally for payment clarifications.
  
• Build good relationships to ensure smooth cash flow.
  

Team Leadership (If applicable)

• Supervise a team of AR executives/collection staff.
  
• Train team members on credit processes and collection techniques.
